point, line, and plane
My main challenge in painting with the
"point, line, and plane"
design approach is achieving balance and rhythm. Initially, I was easily drawn into figurative thinking, which resulted in lines and shapes appearing cluttered or monotonous. Later, I reflected
that composition isn't just a technique; it's also a way of thinking, requiring attention to visual rhythm and spatial relationships. By observing excellent works and practicing repeatedly, I learned to find contrast and harmony in composition, giving the image a more designed feel.

回复删除The 2nd and 4th art we're my favorite. The second one gives me a feeling of like going through a narrow, squared, spiral tunnel. The fourth one reminds me of a character from a webseries.

第二幅和第四幅画是我最喜欢的。第二幅画给我一种穿过狭窄方形螺旋隧道的感觉。第四幅画让我想起了网络剧里的一个角色。
I really like all of the designs. I think they are really cool and neatly drawn. The point, line and plane one is really unique and different which makes it look nicer and the plane drawing looks like your entering or going through a path that gets smaller as you go. Overall, I don’t see anything that needs to be worked on more or fixed but maybe but maybe the lines could be more evenly proportioned. I liked how each drawing really shows the point, line and plane and each one looks creative
回复删除I like your point, line and plane drawing. I like that when you view the canvas you see the distance of the drawing. You are at the bottom looking upwards. I also like the use of lines to make a sun, as well as shadows made with lines. I like the dots in the canvas guiding our see on where to look. Overall I don't see any bad designs and you have a very creative mind.
回复删除I like the point drawing you made! (The last one) From how it's like scattered around the whole canvas. Especially when there's a variety of shapes like circles with different kind of values. The focal point though is definitely the black dots in the middle almost as if the outlines circles that weren't filled in the background, was just for show.
回复删除My least favorite drawing was All 3 in one (Point, line plane). It did feel like there was missing something. Especially when the overall shape seemed off. Probably add more variety like squares, rectangles, trapezoids, etc. Something that will make the drawing pop more! Shading could work as well alongside purposely drawing small erase lines to give it some texture.
Great job, Ziu! ^^
hai there ziyuuu ! >3<
回复删除I absolutely adore your plane painting, I think it was a very interesting take on the checkered approach and showed a great optical illusion of actual dimension on a flat paper. you did a great job on creating the straight line and making it look very neat, and the lines are, in my eyes, perfectly curved in all of the right directions. its great ! I think you did great on this one.
if I had to pick a painting I would want to see a bit more of stylistic wise, I feel like it would have to be the Point Line and Plane one, I feel like the design and concept is very very unique and shows your style as an artist, but I wish there was a bit more to it to really make it pop. I think the balance between the bumps where there were certain blacked out sections felt a bit heavy and took over most of the drawing, so I think working with balance and heaviness in the drawing can even the look out and make it look just as cool if not more !
love it !! keep up the great work ! <3 ☆~
